Swim Traveller provides information about and facilitates bookings for swimming holidays and related travel experiences. Trip bookings are processed through third-party platforms including WeTravel. The specific terms of any booking are governed by the booking confirmation issued at the time of purchase.

3. Bookings and Payments

A booking is confirmed only once we have received the required deposit and issued a written confirmation. By making a booking, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• The information provided is accurate and complete.
• You have read and accept any specific trip terms provided at the time of booking.
• You have adequate travel insurance in place, or will arrange this prior to departure.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our booking partners. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future bookings.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by trip and are stated in your booking confirmation. In general:

• Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations within 90 days of departure are generally non-refundable.
• We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation cover.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify a trip due to insufficient numbers, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government travel advisories). In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a credit toward a future trip.

5. Participation and Fitness

By booking a trip you confirm that you are physically capable of participating in open water swimming activities as described in the trip details. You accept all risks associated with open water swimming. We are not liable for injury, illness, or loss resulting from participation in any activity on our trips, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and video — is the property of Fluid Movement or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or misleading.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
